Lance is a native of Quinter, KS and a graduate of Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree. He is also a 2021 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking (GSB) at the
University of Wisconsin-Madison. He currently is the East Regional President at Astra Bank, where he
has worked since 2015. He has over 15 years of experience in community banking and he is passionate
about the positive effect that community banks have on rural Kansas. He enjoys golfing, taking care of
his lawn, and traveling with his family.
Lance loves living in Chapman, KS with his wife, Erin, and their daughter, Quinn.
