Jenny was born and raised in Abilene, KS. She graduated from Kansas State University, earning a degree in Family Studies and Human Services. Jenny earned her Master’s degree in school counseling from Fort Hays State University. She is in her tenth year as the school counselor at Abilene Middle School. Neighbor to Neighbor Abilene drew her attention because of the wide variety of services the organization offers to the community. Her vision for Neighbor to Neighbor Abilene is to add new programs and partnerships and share them with our community while continuing to provide the services already in place. Jenny and her husband stay busy supporting their two children in all of their sports and other extracurricular activities. She loves traveling, watching Chiefs football, and spending time outdoors.
