Our Express and Extended Express program is offered to all residents of Dickinson County. This program is funded by a grant from Dickinson County Community Foundation. Neighbor to Neighbor Abilene hopes that providing travel assistance to our Neighbors who can not drive due to a health condition, financial constraints, or circumstance out of their control, will have the freedom and resources to travel around as needed for medical appointments and medical related travel, interviews, school based needs and other important meetings or appointments.
