Sister Loretta Jasper is a Kansas Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with more than 40 years in administration and clinical practice in community mental health settings. She was born and raised on a farm in Cawker City, KS. She has lived and served all over the world. She returned to Dickinson County in 2017 and opened Neighbor to Neighbor Abilene. She enjoys serving and providing outreach in our rural community, targeting unmet needs for households. She believes that Neighbor to Neighbor Abilene will be a solid outreach throughout the community. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, going to the theatre, symphony, and movies and staying connected with her family and friends.
